I’m Moksha Kaldate, a Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with strong academic and clinical training in nutrition and lifestyle disease management. I hold qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and Food Science and Nutrition, along with hands-on experience at reputed hospitals and diabetes clinics. My professional journey includes working with VLCC and running a full-time private practice, where I have successfully guided 100+ clients toward better health. I specialize in diabetes, weight management, PCOS/PCOD, hormonal health, and lifestyle disorders.
My approach to wellness is holistic and built on five pillars—balanced nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, and social well-being. I strongly oppose fad and crash diets and instead promote sustainable, cost-effective nutrition rooted in traditional Indian foods.
